TEXAS DELIVERY

​We service major Texas hubs including Dallas, Austin, Waco, and San Antonio 1–2 times per month.

DELIVERY FEE:

-​Meet-up on Route: $25 (Meet-up locations are typically easily accessible parking lots near major highway exits along our planned path.)

-​Doorstep Delivery: $75 (Pricing may vary based on specific location)

NATIONAL DELIVERY

We coordinate dedicated regional routes to serve customers across the country. ​

States Covered: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA. ​

DELIVERY FEE:

-Meet-up on Route: $450 (Meet-up locations are typically easily accessible parking lots near major highway exits along our planned path.)

-​Doorstep Delivery: $650 – $750 (Based on location) ​

EXCLUSIVE DELIVERY

​If your state is not listed above, or if you require delivery on a specific date/time, we offer Premium Exclusive Services. This service is dedicated solely to your order, significantly reducing wait times and providing a guaranteed delivery window. ​

Pricing: Based on total distance from our Texas facility. ​

By submitting your initial deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your order.

​Payment & Deposits

​Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and initiate production. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers materials and scheduling.

​Final Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately upon order completion.

​Delivery Requirement: For all delivery orders, the balance must be paid in full before the delivery vehicle departs our facility. * Delinquency: Failure to settle the balance may result in delivery delays, late payment fees, or order cancellation.

On meet up orders: Customers are responsible for the safe transport of their items. Please bring industrial straps and protective covers (blankets/tarps). A&B WOODSHOP LLC is not liable for damage occurring during or after customer loading. ​

Delivery Guidelines ​Payment Verification:

Final payment must be confirmed before the truck starts the route. Unpaid orders will not be loaded.

​Arrival Times: Delivery windows are estimates. We are subject to traffic, weather, and DOT safety regulations (drivers are legally limited to 11 driving hours per day). We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order arrives safely.

​Unloading & Labor: * A designated person must be present to receive and inspect the order. ​

Mandatory Assistance: For medium to large orders, the customer must provide at least one capable person to assist our driver with unloading heavy pieces. This is a non-negotiable safety requirement.

​Site Preparation: Please ensure a clear, designated space is ready for unloading prior to our arrival.

Post-Purchase Care & Warranty ​Inspection Window:

Please inspect your items thoroughly. AB WOODSHOP LLC is not responsible for damages or discrepancies reported more than 7 days after receipt. ​

Wood Maintenance: Wood is a natural material. To prevent warping and peeling, store pieces on a flat, level surface in a dry environment. ​

Finishing: We recommend applying a primer or sealant as soon as possible (especially in humid or cold climates) to protect the wood from moisture. ​

Support: We are happy to offer advice on assembly or finishing. Please reach out with any technical questions.

The “Natural Material” Disclaimer.

Wood is a natural product. Minor variations in grain, knots, and color are to be expected and are not considered defects. All our items are made out of wood, All items are delivered unpainted with some exemptions like marquee letters/numbers and phone booth.

NOTE: Please advice if the items on your order are planned to be stained. as the process for the last touch is different and may incur in extra charge.

​Credit/Debit: A 3.5% transaction fee applies to all card payments. ​

Requirements: Please include your Invoice Number in the payment memo and send a screenshot of the confirmation to us via text or email.
