All custom orders require complete details and confirmation before production begins.
Design approval from the customer is mandatory before manufacturing.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Custom-made products may slightly vary in color, grain, or texture due to the natural properties of wood.
HKD Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Full or partial advance payment may be required for custom orders.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payment or incorrect billing details.
4. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on product type and customization.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, material shortages) are not the responsibility of HKD Creations.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed according to our internal policy.
6. Repairs & Warranty
Repair services depend on product condition and feasibility.
Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear is not covered.
