STEP 3: CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
- Response Time: Inquiries are typically responded to within 48 business hours.
Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order,
confirm your production slot, and initiate the purchasing of materials. - Final Payment: The remaining balance is due and payable upon the completion of
your order, prior to pick-up or delivery. Failing on this step may result in delays, late
payment fees, or cancellations. - All sales are final.
